Blair County is one of PA's engineering marvels. Take the funicular to the top of the hill and get a great view of the trains whizzing by. And while we're on the topic of good views, we recommend stopping at the Johnstown Incline, (in
Cambria County), the steepest in the world. It'll give you a great view of the city below. You'll also learn about the infamous Johnstown Flood at the Johnstown Flood National Memorial.
